We process your payment securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Encrypted payments Confirmation
Once payment is complete, you will see a confirmation page with your Stripe payment reference: save or print it as your receipt. To coordinate delivery or request your shipping guide, message us on WhatsApp.
Fabrication & Delivery
Each piece is made to order in our CDMX workshop within 3 to 5 business days. Once fabrication is complete, we ship nationwide across Mexico or coordinate in-person delivery in Mexico City at no additional cost.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is it safe to buy online?
Absolutely. We utilize Stripe, the global standard in payment processing, to guarantee that your information is 100% protected. We do not store your banking details.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the artisanal nature of our pieces, we accept returns exclusively for manufacturing defects. The Buyer shall have a period of five (5) calendar days from effective delivery of the product to request a return. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.
Do you make custom pieces?
Yes. If you have a custom design in mind or wish to modify an existing piece, contact us to bring it to life.

Necklaces and earrings
