We ship nationwide across Mexico. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days. For Mexico City, we offer in-person handoff in secure locations at no additional cost.

Do you accept returns?
Due to the artisanal nature of our pieces, we accept returns exclusively for manufacturing defects reported within the first 48 hours of receiving the product.

Yes. If you have a custom design in mind or wish to modify an existing piece, contact us to bring it to life.
