Process
How a commission works
Five clear steps, no rush and no hidden commitments.

1. Consultation
Tell us the piece, the material and your idea. We review technical feasibility at the studio.

2. Written quote
You receive scope, materials and price in writing. We only proceed with your approval.

3. Deposit
The deposit is set in the written quote according to the work. We do not publish a fixed percentage.

4. Crafting
The piece is handcrafted in the atelier once the quote is confirmed.

5. Delivery
The timeframe is agreed in writing in the quote. We deliver in central Mexico City areas or coordinate insured shipping.
What you can request

Size or measurement adjustment
We adjust the size or measurement of an existing piece when its structure allows it.

Gemstone or stone change
We replace or add a gemstone; feasibility and availability are reviewed in the quote.

Metal or finish change
We propose a different metal or finish on an existing design, subject to technique and materials.

Engraving on a piece
We engrave a dedication, initials or date on a piece from our catalog.

Fully custom piece
We design and craft a piece from scratch based on your idea or reference.

This form does not place an order or charge a card. It prepares a WhatsApp message for the atelier, which then confirms the written quote.
What we confirm in writing
- The final price, based on materials and work.
- The deposit that applies to the commission.
- The delivery timeframe for the piece.
We do not publish deposit percentages or fixed lead times because every piece is different. Everything is agreed before we start.
